Product return policy for companies
1. Introduction
These Product Return Policy for Companies (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) define the conditions for companies to return products distributed by TZSVTBand Kft. (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”).
2. Scope of the Regulations
The Policy applies only to companies (hereinafter referred to as “Buyers”) who purchase products from the Service Provider. The Service Provider publishes the return policy for individuals in a separate document.
3. Conditions for returns
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the product purchased from the Service Provider without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product. The Customer may exercise this right in writing by submitting a withdrawal declaration to the Service Provider (the sample withdrawal declaration is attached to the Regulations).
The Customer is obliged to return the product to the Service Provider within 14 days of withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer.
The Service Provider is obliged to refund the amount paid by the Customer to the Customer immediately, but no later than within 14 days of returning the product.
4. Return method
The Customer must return the product to the following address of the Service Provider:

When returning the product, the Customer must include the withdrawal form, the invoice, and the product in its original, undamaged packaging.
5. Exclusion of returns
The Service Provider excludes the return of the product in the following cases:
- if the product is damaged or incomplete
- if the product is not in its original, undamaged packaging
- if the product shows signs of use
- if the product is sealed and the seal is broken
6. Final provisions
These Terms of Use are available on the Service Provider's website ([invalid URL removed]). The Terms of Use may be amended at the sole discretion of the Service Provider. Amendments shall enter into force on the day following their publication.
The Regulations are governed by Hungarian law.
